In an obvious bid to become education czar, liberal comedian Bill Maher calls Americans "stupid" and offers a new government program he called" Cash For Flunkers".
The program reportedly offers $50 to take an F to a D, $100 to take a C to a B and $500 to make a B into an A.
Asked where the Congress would get the money for the program, he quipped in typical liberal fashion, "Who cares?"
